Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Content Engine and its related websites, dashboards and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("StoresWiki", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Content Engine is a subscription-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to help you research, generate, optimize and publish written content. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Some features consume credits that are included with your plan. Fees are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service produces content using machine-learning models. AI output can contain inaccuracies and you are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing any content before you publish or rely on it. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content you generate; we claim no ownership over it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content; to attempt unauthorised access; to reverse engineer the Service; or to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, model integrations, and branding remain the property of StoresWiki LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or software beyond the limited right to use the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party providers (for example AI model providers and publishing platforms). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoresWiki LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Catania (CT) have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you live.
