Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Content Engine, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew thereafter. You keep access to paid features until that period ends.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that initial payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by mandatory law (including EU/Italian consumer rights).

3. Credit Consumption

Where a plan includes generation credits, refunds may be reduced to reflect credits already consumed at the time of the refund request.

4. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
