This Privacy Policy explains how StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("StoresWiki", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Content Engine (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data — name, email, password and billing details you provide on registration.
- Content data — the prompts, projects, articles and settings you create in the Service.
- Usage & technical data — IP address, device and browser data, log files and cookies used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide and maintain the Service, generate content you request, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, send service and transactional emails, ensure security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI Processing
To generate content, the prompts and inputs you submit may be processed by third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. We send only what is necessary to fulfil your request and do not use your private content to train our own public models.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
As we are established in Italy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. We process data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating a secure Service, and to comply with law. The Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali is our lead supervisory authority.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (hosting, AI model providers, email delivery, payment processing) under data-processing agreements, or where required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights contact [email protected].
9. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
